This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and uphold compliant federal grant management processes for large-scale or simultaneous projects.
• Design and enhance processes, procedures, templates, and tools for the administration, monitoring, reporting, and closure of grants.
• Gather, verify, organize, and assess programmatic, financial, and performance data.
• Collaborate with project teams, finance, program staff, and stakeholders to obtain grant data and documentation.
• Draft, coordinate, and facilitate federal grant proposals, applications, amendments, progress reports, performance reports, and other deliverables.
• Interpret federal award requirements, agency guidelines, and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Create reporting calendars, tracking systems, and workflows for deliverables, deadlines, performance measures, budgets, and compliance.
• Set data quality and documentation standards to ensure accurate, complete, and audit-ready records.
• Monitor grant performance and compliance, identify risks, and suggest corrective actions and process enhancements.
• Convert complex federal grant requirements into actionable procedures, roles, responsibilities, and controls.
• Develop dashboards, reports, briefing materials, and tools that communicate grant status, performance, expenditures, risks, and reporting obligations.
• Offer subject-matter expertise and technical assistance throughout the grant lifecycle.
• Strong familiarity with the details and complexities of federal grant reporting.
• Extensive experience collaborating closely with client finance teams to collect project expenditure estimates, invoicing, and other financial reports.
• Previous experience in developing project data collection methods and reporting criteria.
• Experience acting as the primary liaison with the PMO.
• Significant experience in pre- and post-award grant management.
• Solid understanding of federal reporting standards.
• Knowledge of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA).
• Previous experience with Department of Energy (DOE) projects is an advantage.
