This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to enhance current customer relationships while identifying new business prospects.
• Interact with clients to ascertain their requirements, promote customized solutions, and achieve commercial success.
• Support sales activities such as quoting, lead generation, and contract renewals.
• Responsible for the sales of analytical instruments, consumables, and service agreements.
• Assist with telesales and inside sales efforts aimed at reaching untapped and high-potential accounts.
• Work closely with technical teams and product specialists to provide value-added assistance.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Life Sciences, or a relevant field.
• Up to 1–2 years of professional experience, which may include internships, part-time positions, or graduate roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a genuine passion for customer engagement.
• A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and develop within a commercial setting.
• A comprehensive onboarding and training program.
• Mentorship from seasoned Account Managers and leadership.
• Insight into the full sales process within a science-focused industry.
• A collaborative, team-oriented environment that prioritizes learning and growth.
• Potential to advance into a full Account Management or Inside Sales position in the future.
