Graduate Pharmacovigilance Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Assist in the gathering, examination, and processing of adverse event data in compliance with pharmacovigilance regulations and company protocols.

• Aid in the preparation and submission of safety reports to regulatory bodies and relevant stakeholders.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to guarantee prompt and precise communication of safety information.

• Contribute to the creation and upkeep of pharmacovigilance documentation, including standard operating procedures and safety management plans.

• Engage in training and development initiatives to enhance knowledge of pharmacovigilance practices and regulatory requirements.

• Take ownership of pharmacovigilance and drug safety responsibilities, utilizing skills to ensure quality and efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related discipline.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.

• A basic understanding of pharmacovigilance principles and regulatory guidelines is preferred but not mandatory; relevant training will be provided.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Openness to travel as needed (approximately 10%).
