Grading Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Tasked with the safe and efficient operation of various types of grading construction equipment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Utilize machinery to transport construction materials, earth, and other heavy items at job sites.

• Operate equipment designed to clear and grade land in preparation for road construction.

• Work with one or multiple types of power construction equipment effectively and safely to reduce the risk of injury and damage to property.

• Capable of reading and interpreting grade stakes, automated machine control cab displays, and similar tools.

• Depending on the assignment, able to perform rough grading and finish grading as required.

• Depending on the assignment, proficient in safely maneuvering machinery in tight spaces, around personnel, traffic, and utilities.

• Responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and securing all equipment.

• Ensure adherence to proper safety and incident reporting protocols.

• Provide assistance with repairs as necessary.
