This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Work alongside Engineering and Product Management to convey customer insights that influence product and feature development.
• Lead the resolution of complex challenges faced by customers.
• Collaborate with Marketing to produce reference architectures, white papers, workshops, and demonstrations for both internal and external audiences.
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time.

• Proficient in influencing, guiding, and facilitating decision-making among stakeholders and peers.

• Proven ability and willingness to explore unfamiliar areas to tackle complex challenges.
• Familiarity with structured sales engagement frameworks such as MEDDPIC, Sandler, BANT, etc.
• Expertise in the GPU ecosystem, covering GPU hardware, bare metal and virtualized cloud delivery, as well as AI & ML frameworks and orchestration.
• Comprehensive knowledge of AI models, algorithms, libraries, compilers, and runtimes across various silicon architectures.
• Experience in GPU benchmarking and workload testing.
• Demonstrated proficiency in workload orchestration using Kubernetes and Slurm.
• Understanding of system and cluster-level x86 server hardware architecture and Linux operating systems.
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code methodologies, including Terraform and Ansible.
• Networking expertise, including familiarity with Infiniband, RoCE / UEC Ethernet, or other networking protocols.
• Experience in optimizing NCCL / RCCL performance.
• Background in high-performance storage solutions and knowledge of efficient multi-user offerings, including open-source and COTS options.
• Minimum of 5 years in design, implementation, or consulting related to applications and infrastructure.
• At least 4 years of experience in solution engineering, sales engineering, professional services, or consulting roles.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in deploying GPU-based AI, ML, and analytics solutions (e.g., for training, inference, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, and agentic harnesses).
