Government Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead customer demonstrations utilizing both internal environments and external tools while showcasing technical materials to clients.

• Collaborate with Sales and Alliance teams during the business development phase to uncover opportunities and gain insights into a customer's existing system state.

• Maintain expertise in specific market segments, including Social Services (SNAP, Medicaid/CHIP, TANF), Child Support, and Unemployment Insurance.

• Keep informed about competitors' products, including their advantages, disadvantages, and marketing strategies.

• Possess a thorough understanding of product features, functionalities, inputs/outputs, and supported platforms such as API, Batch, and Applicant Portals.

• Work closely with clients, Sales, and Product teams to define solutions that fulfill the objectives of government agencies.

• Provide technical feasibility evaluations for new products to align with customer needs and requirements.

• Act as the intermediary between proposal teams, product engineering, and post-sales implementation teams.

• Foster professional relationships with customers to ensure the successful adoption of products.

• Identify deficiencies in offerings related to client needs and collaborate with product teams to devise plans to address those deficiencies.

• Function as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs, assisting in defining win themes and differentiators, while generating technical responses.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience working with state and federal government agencies, particularly in SNAP, Medicaid, or other means-tested social service programs.

• Preferably additional experience in solutions consulting or sales roles.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
