• Formulate and oversee a federal business development strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
• Establish and sustain a robust pipeline across GSA MAS, BPAs, IDIQs, and open-market contracts.
• Interact with federal agencies, contracting officers, program managers, and prime contractors.
• Direct the capture strategy, which includes opportunity assessment, positioning, and planning for success.
• Work in partnership with internal teams to progress opportunities through the proposal and award stages.
• Monitor pipeline activities and deliver regular updates on progress and forecasts.
• Over 7 years of experience in federal sales or business development, ideally within a service-oriented setting.
• Proven track record of contributing to federal contract wins.
• Familiarity with GSA MAS and federal contracting mechanisms; experience with SAM.gov, eBuy, or GovWin is a plus.
• Strong comprehension of federal procurement processes, including set-asides and teaming strategies.
• Capability to work autonomously and achieve results with minimal supervision.
