Government Enterprise Account Manager – East Coast

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage and expand strategic U.S. federal government accounts for Abbott Molecular Diagnostics.

• Supervise the entire sales cycle while enhancing high-level customer relationships.

• Propel revenue, profitability, and establish long-term partnerships.

• Direct sales and account management for large, intricate government clients.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with senior executives (C-suite).

• Formulate and implement a national government sales strategy.

• Stimulate revenue growth, profitability, and innovative partnerships across Abbott business units.

• Oversee the complete sales process from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and closure.

• Execute strategic account planning, forecasting, and financial analysis.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Demonstrated sales experience at the executive level selling a broad and complex product line for a minimum of 7-10 years.

• Established ability to cultivate long-term strategic and senior-level relationships.

• Proven success as an expert in value-based, solution selling.

• Capability to communicate effectively, present in public, and adapt to rapidly changing environments.

• Executive-level business and financial acumen.

• Strong leadership skills and comprehensive knowledge of all products and services.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory and other locations in the U.S.
