This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Campaign Management: Development and continuous optimization of lead generation campaigns within the orthodontic and dental sectors.
• Performance Troubleshooting: Achieving specific KPIs across various budget ranges and multiple media channels, primarily focusing on paid search, with some involvement in Display and Adroll remarketing.
• Strategy Identification: Actively recognizing key opportunities and areas for enhancement within accounts, collaborating with the entire team to support and formulate new strategies.
• Data-Driven Analysis: Employing various tools to assess performance and recommend strategies (e.g., Auction Insights, Zip Analysis, Keyword Planner, Ad Preview Tool, Local Search Trends, etc.).
• Communication: Taking ownership of ad performance, collaborating with the Partner Success team to address partner inquiries, relay strategy updates, and provide recommendations.
• Budget Pacing: Monitoring daily expenditures and bids to ensure clients remain on course to meet their monthly budget objectives.
• Content Creation: Crafting precise and high-quality ad copy tailored to client goals and priorities.
• Online Tools: Utilizing a variety of online tools such as ClickUp, HighLevel (CRM), Slack, Zoom, Gmail, and Google Workspace.
• Continuous Improvement and Adaptability: Regularly refining processes, identifying and resolving challenges, and staying informed on industry trends and best practices, showcasing adaptability and a commitment to achieving outstanding results in a dynamic digital marketing environment.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience in managing lead generation campaigns, ideally within the orthodontic or dental sectors.
• Proficiency in Paid Search advertising, with a comprehensive understanding of additional media channels such as Display and Adroll remarketing.
• Strong analytical capabilities and expertise in utilizing data analysis tools to assess campaign performance and make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the capability to effectively convey complex information to clients and work collaboratively with internal teams.
• Proven track record in troubleshooting performance challenges, achieving KPIs, and optimizing campaigns to enhance ROI.
• Strategic mindset and a proactive approach to uncovering opportunities and areas for enhancement within campaigns.
• Proficient in using online tools and platforms including ClickUp, HighLevel (CRM), Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented perspective with an emphasis on precision in budget monitoring and content creation.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and swiftly adapt to evolving priorities and requirements.
