This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more state.
• Lead paid media initiatives on Google targeted at Europe (EMEA) and North America.
• Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns to enhance brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and build the sales pipeline.
• Analyze the EMEA and North American markets: pain points, search intent, competitors, verticals, and decision-making processes.
• Examine search queries, trends, devices, time frames, and geographies to uncover opportunities.
• Design and maintain scalable campaign structures for Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube.
• Define and optimize keywords, audiences, ads, extensions, and assets.
• Collaborate with Content, Web, and Design teams to align messaging, value propositions, and landing pages.
• Manage end-to-end performance from click to lead and its impact on the sales pipeline.
• Launch, monitor, and optimize prospecting, retargeting, and branding campaigns.
• Design and implement A/B tests for ads, bids, targeting, landings, and campaign types.
• Ensure robust tracking and measurement through conversion tracking, enhanced conversions, events in GA4, and CRM integration.
• Identify and prioritize growth levers for demand generation in EMEA/NA.
• Serve as a Google Ads reference for EMEA/NA and align paid media with Marketing and Sales.
• Collaborate with AEs, BDRs, CX, Revenue Operations, Global Marketing, Content, and Web teams.
• Participate in integrated campaigns across email, events, content, and social media.
• Communicate results, insights, and next steps through regular reporting and actionable recommendations.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in SaaS, focusing on performance, paid media, and Google Ads.
• Strong experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns: Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube.
• Experience working with international markets, ideally EMEA and/or North America.
• Practical knowledge of Google Tag Manager, GA4, CRM systems like HubSpot, and/or attribution/reporting platforms.
• Ability to connect campaign data with business outcomes.
• Capability to collaborate with global teams and multiple stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, CX, and Revenue Operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with CPL, CAC, CTR, CVR, Quality Score, and ROAS.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
