This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.
• Develop and implement comprehensive Google Ads strategies aimed at lead generation and enhancing conversion efficiency.
• Oversee high-budget paid search initiatives with monthly expenditures surpassing $80K.
• Initiate, refine, and expand Search, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns.
• Continuously enhance campaign architecture, targeting methods, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns in line with CPL, CPA, MQL, SQL, and ROAS objectives.
• Perform keyword research, analyze search intent, and map audiences effectively.
• Create and test ad copy, extensions, and creative variations to boost CTR and conversion rates.
• Evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure precise conversion tracking and attribution across all campaigns.
• Utilize tools such as Google Tag Manager and GA4 to ensure data accuracy and comprehensive reporting.
• Generate reports and clearly communicate campaign results to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams to ensure campaign execution aligns with business objectives.
• Stay informed on updates to the Google Ads platform, automation features, and beta opportunities.
• Offer innovative ideas and recommendations to enhance overall paid media performance.
• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience with Google Ads.
• Demonstrated experience in managing paid search budgets exceeding $80K monthly.
• Strong foundation in lead generation campaigns and optimization focused on conversions.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, including:
• Familiarity with:
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
