Google Ads Marketer – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assume complete responsibility for Google Ads campaigns, overseeing everything from strategy to execution.

• Manage Search campaigns specifically for companies looking to hire sales personnel.

• Enhance advertisements aimed at sales candidates who are searching for sales positions.

• Expand the account's presence on YouTube.

• Report directly to the founder.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with HR/recruitment Search campaigns on Google.

• Background in a recruiting environment; standard e-commerce Google Ads experience is not applicable.

• Capability to independently set up tracking.

• Experience in establishing and managing YouTube campaigns.

• Ideally: experience in the recruiting sector related to both candidate acquisition and new-client acquisition.

• Openness to further develop a market-leading product that has demonstrated product–market fit.

• Experience with Meta Ads is advantageous but not mandatory.
