This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Take ownership of the bottom of the funnel by capturing high-intent demand through Google Search to drive a qualified pipeline (SQLs).
• Oversee the strategy for Dynamic Search Ads (DSA) aimed at capturing long-tail traffic across numerous property listings.
• Implement dynamic ad customizers to integrate real-time data into ad copy, enhancing CTR and urgency.
• Develop and maintain a detailed structure that isolates high-value keywords.
• Conduct daily and weekly Search Query Reports (SQRs) while proactively building negative keyword lists.
• Manage tCPA and tROAS strategies specifically tailored for Search.
• Systematically write and test Responsive Search Ads (RSAs).
• Prioritize Ad Relevance, Expected CTR, and Landing Page Experience to reduce CPCs.
• Execute Performance Max with care to supplement Search, ensuring it does not cannibalize high-value exact match keywords.
• Supervise Display and YouTube strictly for remarketing to non-converting Search clicks.
• Collaborate on landing pages to ensure alignment between the search query, ad copy, and H1 tag.
• Oversee the “Business Data” section of Google Ads.
• Integrate CRM data back into Google Ads to train Smart Bidding on revenue generation.
• Manage GA4 events and GTM (server-side, as necessary).
• Implement Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI) to attribute phone calls to specific keywords.
• 4–7 years of specialized experience in Google Search; you are a Search specialist, not a generalist “digital marketer.”
• Dynamic Ads Expertise: Demonstrated experience in setting up DSAs with Page Feeds and utilizing {param} customizers in ad copy.
• Complex Account Structures: Proven ability to manage accounts with over 100 ad groups and thousands of keywords.
• Keyword Match Type Strategy: In-depth understanding of how Broad Match, Phrase, and Exact match types interact with Smart Bidding in today's landscape.
• Conversion Tracking & Attribution: Practical experience with GA4, GTM, Offline Conversion Import, and call tracking.
• Excel/Editor Fluency: Proficient in Google Ads Editor and Excel (including Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) for bulk editing campaigns.
• Remote-work discipline: Self-directed, clear communicator, adept at documenting thoughts, and capable of delivering work independently.
• Scripts: Experience with Google Ads Scripts to automate harmful keyword conflicts or perform broken-link checks.
• Real estate vertical depth: Understanding the nuances between “off-plan” investment intent and “secondary market” end-user intent, along with the distinct SQL definitions each requires.
• Bilingual (English + Arabic): Competence to write and QA RSAs in both languages and read Arabic SQRs without needing a translator.
• Server-side GTM: Practical experience with sGTM containers and conversion stitching.
• 30-minute Screen: Fit and background check.
• Technical Deep Dive: Present an anonymized Search Query Report analysis and a restructuring plan you’ve executed in the past.
• Live Build Exercise: Create a campaign structure for a new project launch, detailing how you would utilize Dynamic Ad Customizers for the launch countdown.
