This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the exchange's backend system, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Develop and optimize API interfaces to support spot and contract trading functionalities, meeting the integration needs of frontend and external systems.
• Participate in the development and optimization of trading matching engines and aggregation systems to enhance trading efficiency and stability.
• Design and implement database structures, optimize MySQL query performance, and ensure data consistency and security.
• Integrate and maintain message queue systems to guarantee efficient handling of asynchronous tasks and system decoupling.
• Engage in system architecture design to address technical challenges within distributed systems.
• Write high-quality code and participate in code reviews to ensure code standards and maintainability.
• Collaborate with the team to conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
• Over 3 years of backend development experience, proficient in Golang programming language, with a strong understanding of its concurrency model and performance optimization.
• Experience in exchange development, with a deep understanding of the business logic and processes involved in spot and contract trading.
• Must be familiar with the design and implementation of trading matching engines and aggregation systems, capable of handling high-concurrency scenarios.
• Proficient in using MySQL databases, with experience in database design, query optimization, and transaction management.
• Familiar with message queues (such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or RocketMQ) and their optimization.
• Possess strong Chinese communication skills, able to clearly articulate technical solutions and collaboration needs.
• Knowledgeable in distributed system architecture, with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Ability to adapt to remote work.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Familiar with the Kratos framework and experience in developing microservices based on Kratos.
• Experience in developing high-performance trading systems, familiar with low-latency and high-throughput optimization solutions.
• Knowledge of other programming languages (such as Java, Python, or C++) and the ability to apply them flexibly.
• DevOps experience, familiar with CI/CD processes and containerization technologies (such as Docker and Kubernetes).
• Understanding of blockchain technology or the business logic of cryptocurrency exchanges.
