This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Core system development: Responsible for the architectural design and core code development of the exchange partner (agent) system.
• Settlement logic implementation: Lead the development of the commission settlement engine, managing the flow of funds from trading to commission accounts, ensuring precise financial calculations under high concurrency (0 error).
• High-performance message processing: Utilize Pulsar or Kafka to handle vast amounts of trading order flows, designing efficient asynchronous clearing and reconciliation mechanisms to ensure the timeliness and consistency of commissions.
• Data consistency assurance: Address data consistency challenges in a distributed environment, optimizing database transaction processes to prevent concurrent financial conflicts.
• System maintenance and optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, enhance API response speeds within the Gin framework, and be responsible for drafting relevant technical documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Over 3 years of experience in Golang development, with a deep understanding of core Go language features (goroutine, channel, gc, etc.).
• Proficient in mainstream Go frameworks (Gin, Echo, GORM, etc.) and microservices architecture.
• In-depth understanding of message queue principles (Pulsar, Kafka, etc.) and their use cases.
• Expertise in relational database design (MySQL, PostgreSQL), index optimization, and SQL tuning.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB) and performance optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of WebSocket and RESTful API design standards.
• Familiar with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong coding standards, familiarity with design patterns, and solid code refactoring capabilities.
• Proficient in Git version control, with good code review practices.
• Possess strong problem analysis and resolution skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
