This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Design, enhance, and oversee GoHighLevel automations, funnels, workflows, and CRM systems.
• Create onboarding systems and backend operational processes from the ground up.
• Oversee the organization of CRM, including tagging, pipelines, lead tracking, and automation sequences.
• Assist with executive operations and administrative tasks as required.
• Ensure that workflows and systems are efficient, scalable, and well-documented.
• Track and enhance automation performance and the overall functionality of systems.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing, CRM, and automation.
• Uphold confidentiality and implement appropriate access/security controls across all platforms and systems.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders in an independent manner.
• At least 4 years of practical experience with GoHighLevel.
• In-depth understanding of backend systems, workflows, and the development of automation.
• Proven experience in creating onboarding systems and managing CRM processes.
• Capability to independently build and implement systems from scratch.
• Prior experience with marketing agencies is highly desirable.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Canadian regulations, especially Ontario PIPA/privacy compliance.
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and accountability.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
