AI Automation Engineer – AI Implementer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Develop and integrate AI agents and automation solutions throughout the organization.

• Establish outbound and growth mechanisms, including lead scraping, enrichment, and automated outreach — such as agents that track Reddit and forums for potential hiring opportunities and engage with them.

• Create a centralized "company memory" supported by specialized sub-agents that utilize it effectively.

• Regularly assess emerging AI tools and frameworks, conduct experiments, and implement successful strategies.

• Take ownership of automations from concept to operational system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in developing AI agents and using automation tools (n8n, Zapier, agent frameworks, LLM APIs).

• Proficient in working with APIs, prompt engineering, and integrating various tools.

• A quick, self-motivated experimenter who can navigate through trends and deliver results.

• Previous experience in business development or sales would be advantageous.

• Bonus: proficiency in coding.
