Go-To-Market Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of comprehensive GTM initiatives, converting strategy into collaborative execution plans across Sales, Marketing, Product, Enablement, RevOps, and Customer teams.

• Foster alignment and accountability across functions, acting as the primary owner for GTM planning, priorities, timelines, and readiness for launches.

• Coordinate intricate, multi-faceted initiatives such as product launches, enablement rollouts, pricing and packaging modifications, and campaigns.

• Establish and manage GTM operational rhythms, including weekly execution tracking, monthly business assessments, and quarterly/annual planning cycles.

• Collaborate with functional leaders to oversee resources and manage capacity effectively.

• Develop scalable GTM processes, templates, playbooks, and documentation to enhance speed, consistency, and repeatability.

• Define, monitor, and report on GTM success metrics in collaboration with RevOps.

• Proactively identify risks and conduct post-program reviews to promote continuous enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience managing intricate, cross-functional programs, ideally within a SaaS, technology, or rapidly growing GTM environment.

• Strong proficiency in program and project management tools (e.g., Asana).

• Practical experience working with revenue systems and data (e.g., Salesforce).

• Demonstrated success in managing senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Enablement, and RevOps.
