• Act as the Project Lead and Go-To-Market (GTM) specialist responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the strategic success of our collaborations.
• Guide our clients independently, alongside our GTM Engineers, through the complete Peakora Journey: from strategic planning to effective implementation, encompassing results, satisfaction, and contract renewals.
• Collaborate with our GTM Engineers and clients to make strategic decisions regarding Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definition, messaging, conversion strategies, and channel selection.
• Lead market mapping, design conversion strategies, and launch campaigns for our clients.
• Facilitate cooperation between internal teams and clients to guarantee seamless project execution.
• Mindset: We seek seasoned professionals who have successfully scaled companies — not entry-level candidates.
• You possess extensive industry knowledge, strategic thinking, and the capability to engage confidently with CEOs and other key decision-makers.
• You think systematically, identify patterns across various industries, and apply your knowledge to new scenarios.
• You are an A-player.
• At least 5 years of experience in building and scaling go-to-market systems in B2B companies.
• A proven history of scaling companies, ideally with prominent firms in your portfolio.
• Strong background in defining ICPs, conversion strategies, and executing multi-channel campaigns.
• Familiarity with modern sales and marketing technology stacks, particularly CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus), outbound and lead-generation tools, and data & signal tools.
• Experience in AI & automation is a plus.
• Highly organized working style with the capacity to manage projects independently.
• Exceptional communication skills at the C-level: you are a trusted advisor to decision-makers.
• Experience in managing client projects and serving as a coach or consultant is a plus.
• Proficient in both German and English.
• Availability of 80% or more (part-time or full-time).
• Charismatic personality with strong interpersonal skills.
