This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Manage the complete onboarding process for BDRs, AEs, CSMs, and RevOps hires, establishing clear ramp milestones and measurable criteria for graduation.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Product, and Marketing to design and implement structured, role-specific onboarding programs that ensure new hires receive timely training on products, messaging, and processes.
• Conduct certification checkpoints that allow representatives to enter the live pipeline only after demonstrating proficiency, rather than merely attending training.
• Regularly analyze ramp data to pinpoint where new hires may encounter obstacles and work to eliminate those issues.
• Ongoing Training & Productivity: Collaborate with Sales Leadership to define role-specific competencies and develop recurring training and coaching programs that focus on skills linked to quota achievement, such as discovery, objection handling, ERP product knowledge, value-based selling, and expansion strategies.
• Organize internal certification and progression programs to cultivate a culture of continuous learning.
• Mentor managers on how to prioritize enablement and support their team's growth.
• Work together with Customer Success to ensure consistent messaging and engagement throughout the entire customer journey.
• Process, Playbooks & Tooling in Service of Productivity: Oversee the playbooks, SOPs, and CRM/tooling workflows that representatives utilize in their daily activities.
• Ensure these resources are concise, up-to-date, and easily accessible, while phasing out unused materials.
• Lead enablement initiatives during significant operational or platform changes (CRM, AI tools, pricing, packaging, product launches) and reinforce achievements and process adjustments through informal communications when critical changes occur.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to guarantee that new processes are fully embraced and applied consistently.
• Measurement & Optimization: Establish and monitor success metrics for enablement programs, including time-to-productivity, quota achievement and sales velocity, influenced expansion revenue, process and tool adoption, and content engagement's impact on closed-won revenue.
• Report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives to GTM leadership and continuously refine strategies based on feedback and results.
• Over 6 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or GTM operations within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Profound understanding of B2B customer lifecycle stages, particularly in sales and post-sale engagement.
• Experience supporting diverse GTM teams, including Sales, CSM, RevOps, and Marketing.
• Proven experience integrating AI tools into GTM workflows, such as AI sales coaching, conversation intelligence, generative AI for content creation, or AI-driven CRM automation.
• Demonstrated success in creating and scaling onboarding and training programs.
• Strong capabilities in instructional design, content development, and facilitation, with comfort in using AI as a collaborator and enhancer.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly and effectively convey complex concepts.
• Proficient in sales data and analytics, enabling you to generate reports, identify patterns, and design interventions.
• Practical experience with enablement and productivity tools, including CRM systems (HubSpot), Enablement platforms (Scribe), and Conversation intelligence / AI coaching tools (Gong & Claude).
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple initiatives at once.
