
GM Fleet Account Executive – North Central Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota, +2 more states.
• Oversee a portfolio of key fleet accounts within the designated territory.
• Formulate and implement account strategies and business plans aimed at enhancing retention, expansion, and sustainable growth.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders, including decision-makers at the executive level (C-suite).
• Engage early in the purchasing cycle to discern customer needs and present customized, value-oriented solutions.
• Foster organic growth with a “farmer” mentality while also identifying and pursuing new opportunities with a “hunter” mindset.
• Spearhead negotiations, design competitive and profitable agreements, and advance prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., OnStar, service, product teams) to guarantee effective solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Advocate for customer needs internally while ensuring clear expectations and delivery commitments are maintained.
• Provide insights on market and customer feedback to guide future product and solution development.
• 8+ years of experience in B2B sales and/or account management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• A proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Strong capability to foster relationships and influence stakeholders within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including engagement at the executive level.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing competing priorities with effective organization and follow-through.
• Experience in crafting customer-centric, mutually beneficial solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with ambiguity.
• Travel: Up to 75%, primarily by vehicle within the local market.
