This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Develop and implement the international growth strategy targeting Europe and emerging markets.
• Identify, prioritize, and initiate new markets, customer segments, and expansion opportunities.
• Adapt go-to-market strategies to ensure a strong regional alignment.
• Lead and enhance high-performing international GTM teams across Europe and beyond.
• Create a responsible, cohesive, and performance-oriented regional organization.
• Provide clear guidance, coaching, and leadership at the executive level.
• Manage international revenue objectives and performance in relation to company growth targets.
• Promote pipeline generation, forecasting discipline, and consistent execution across regions.
• Direct initiatives related to pricing, packaging, and market penetration.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to support informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with RevOps and Finance to enhance forecasting accuracy and visibility.
• Ensure operational rigor and scalable execution across various markets.
• Oversee hiring, organizational design, and resource planning across international markets.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and business requirements.
• Design and implement scalable processes in line with global standards.
• Collaborate across functions with Product, Marketing, Finance, and People teams.
• Represent the interests of international markets in global strategy discussions.
• Ensure robust alignment between global and regional teams.
• Over 10 years of executive leadership experience in General Management, Sales Leadership, or Business Operations within a high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated international success in leading multi-market teams across Europe (experience in APAC is a plus).
• Strong operational mindset with the capability to transition between strategy and practical execution.
• Comprehensive commercial ownership, including experience with revenue targets, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Data-driven decision-maker with significant financial and operational expertise.
• Experience in nonprofit SaaS, fintech, or related sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
