• Evaluate business requirements regarding Global Trade and create compliant solutions for all stages of the business lifecycle.
• Act as the Global Trade representative for designated business segment(s) and their leaders.
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of strategic business initiatives.
• Operate in accordance with U.S. Regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and HTS.
• Implement the Global Trade policies and procedures for Collins and Avionics.
• Aid in the establishment of the Global Trade focal network.
• Assist in licensing and authorization processes for the assigned business segments.
• Support investigations related to Regulatory Compliance.
• Facilitate the creation and delivery of both formal and informal Global Trade training and communications.
• Conduct reviews of transactions in accordance with the Collins Sanctions policy.
• Generally requires a University Degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. Global Trade regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
• Willingness to travel internationally and domestically, approximately 10% of the time is required.
