Global Trade Compliance – Export Controls Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee Pall Corporation’s global Export Compliance program.

• Create and execute processes for enhancing export compliance, which include export screening, licensing, and classification.

• Act as the subject matter authority on U.S. export regulations, specifically EAR and ITAR.

• Work in partnership with site leaders to guarantee adherence to internal controls concerning EAR and ITAR compliance.

• Prepare and submit Technical Assistance Agreements (TAA), Manufacturing Licensing Agreements (MLA), and U.S. export license requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant trade or compliance field is preferred.

• More than 8 years of senior functional or professional experience in export compliance.

• Extensive understanding of U.S. export regulations, including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC.

• Proven experience with export classifications and the submission of export license applications.

• Strong executive presence and confidence in providing guidance to business leaders on trade and compliance matters.
