Global Technical Support Engineer – Informatics Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver both remote and on-site assistance for field systems, encompassing hardware, software applications, and networking.

• Offer advanced telephone support to the field service team.

• Mentor and coach field engineers as well as applications associates.

• Analyze intricate issues by collecting remote data streams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree.

• At least 3 years of experience in supporting laboratory middleware such as Data Innovations, EPIC Beaker, Cerner Oracle Health, or Life Science LIS (or equivalent).

• Proficient in computer networking and/or LIS implementation and development.

• Willingness to travel between 25% and 75% of the time.
