Global Talent Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruiting process for positions in R&D, Cloud, IT, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and G&A on a global scale.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to gain a comprehensive understanding of job requirements and team dynamics.

• Actively seek out and engage with passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, events, and other innovative avenues.

• Create and implement focused sourcing strategies to establish diverse and high-quality talent pipelines for both active and passive candidates.

• Serve as a resource for market intelligence by providing insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring practices.

• Represent Solace at career fairs, industry events, and networking functions to enhance our employer brand.

• Advocate for a consistent and high-quality candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.

• Conduct interviews, manage candidate shortlists, facilitate debrief meetings, and provide recommendations for offers.

• Ensure data accuracy in our ATS and contribute to recruiting metrics and reporting.

• Stay informed on recruiting trends, tools, and best practices, always seeking ways to refine your skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a minimum of 2 years in a global or multi-regional setting.

• Proven experience in hiring across technical fields (engineering, product, cloud infrastructure) as well as go-to-market roles.

• Familiarity with sourcing and closing passive candidates, including those for senior and niche positions.

• Comfortable navigating the complexities of hiring across North America, EMEA, and/or APAC, including understanding regional employment norms and compensation expectations.

• Capable of managing a high volume of requisitions at once while maintaining quality and a positive candidate experience.

• Proven success in attracting and converting passive candidates, ideally in an organization focused on building its employer brand.

• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining clean, accurate data in the ATS.

• A genuine passion for recruiting — you keep up with trends, explore new marketing techniques and tools, and are always looking for ways to enhance your approach.
