This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for international business, product, and technology positions — from sourcing candidates to extending offers.

• Work in close collaboration with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of their requirements and deliver effective results.

• Develop, sustain, and cultivate talent pipelines for key roles that are challenging to fill.

• Create and implement outreach strategies aimed at attracting top-tier candidates on a global scale.

• Continuously enhance recruitment processes to make hiring smarter, quicker, and more efficient.

• Act as a representative of Solidgate, embodying our brand and culture to candidates around the world.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within rapidly growing tech companies.

• A demonstrated history of successfully hiring top talent in competitive markets.

• Exceptional sourcing abilities — you possess the skills to discover and engage candidates from various sources.

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.

• A growth-oriented mindset: you not only adhere to processes but also seek to challenge and enhance them.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.
