Global Talent Acquisition Specialist

Posted Jul 26

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, overseeing all aspects from role intake and sourcing to assessment, offer, and onboarding handover.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, establish ideal candidate profiles, and create a shared vision of excellence prior to initiating searches.

• Implement structured, values-driven interview processes consistently for all positions, ensuring scorecards are completed at each stage.

• Keep precise and current records in the ATS to guarantee that pipeline data remains reliable and easily reportable.

• Lead sourcing efforts for educator positions across diverse countries and age groups, possessing a thorough understanding of where exceptional educators can be found, how they transition, and what influences their decisions.

• Develop and sustain active talent pipelines for key education roles by location and age group, ensuring searches begin with a warm candidate pool.

• Create sourcing strategies customized for each role type and market, leveraging international teaching communities, expat educator networks, subject-specific associations, and pertinent job boards.

• Reconnect with strong near-hire candidates from prior searches to keep the pipeline active between roles.

• Employ AI tools throughout the complete recruiting workflow: sourcing, candidate research, outreach personalization, early-stage screening, and pipeline management.

• Regularly assess and enhance the application of AI in your searches, integrating successful practices into standard operations.

• Assist in identifying new tools and workflows that could enhance team efficiency or improve the candidate experience.

• Ensure every candidate enjoys a timely, clear, and welcoming experience from the initial contact to the final decision.

• Achieve a 7-day response SLA for all applicants and maintain a candidate NPS of 4.5 or higher out of 5.

• Ensure timely completion of scorecards after each interview stage to support consistent and justifiable hiring decisions.

• Maintain proactive communication with hiring managers regarding pipeline status, candidate quality, and market insights.

• Contribute to Boundless Life's visibility within educator and hospitality talent communities through targeted outreach and engagement initiatives.

• Share sourcing insights and market intelligence with the wider team to help shape channel strategies and messaging.

• Accurately and compellingly represent Boundless to each candidate, effectively communicating the mission, lifestyle, and community in a relatable manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple countries; experience limited to a single market will not suffice for this role.

• Direct experience in sourcing and hiring educators on an international scale — understanding the communities, credentials, seasonal cycles, and the language that resonates with exceptional teachers.

• Proficient in using AI tools as an integral part of the recruiting process, from sourcing and outreach to screening and pipeline management, while constantly seeking innovative methods to improve workflows.

• Committed to process rigor: ensuring scorecards are completed, records are maintained, and SLAs are met. Recognizing that a great candidate experience relies on operational discipline.

• Ability to communicate clearly and warmly across various cultures and time zones, effectively representing the organization even to candidates unfamiliar with it.

• Data-oriented, capable of discussing the quality of your pipelines, time to fill, and the performance of your searches in concrete terms.

• Flourish in dynamic environments where priorities may shift and no two searches are the same.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages relevant to our markets is a significant advantage.

🏝️ Benefits

• Genuine flexibility and remote-first work environment: operate from any compatible timezone, manage your own schedule, and concentrate on achieving impactful outcomes.

• A collaborative, globally-oriented People team that prioritizes quality and supports each other across different time zones.

• A recruitment role of substantial depth — multi-country, multi-vertical, and centered around some of the most unique positions in the education sector.

• The chance to engage in a recruitment function that is actively investing in AI, modern tools, and proactive pipeline development. You will be instrumental in building what comes next, rather than merely maintaining existing processes.
