This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Responsible for the entire recruitment cycle: Oversee requisition intake, job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding transitions for positions across various functions and locations.
• Strategic talent sourcing: Actively develop and sustain diverse talent pipelines leveraging direct sourcing, job boards, social media, referrals, and collaborations with universities and agencies.
• Partnership with stakeholders: Work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to clarify role requirements, establish hiring timelines, and define selection criteria; offer market insights and recommendations for recruiting strategies.
• Candidate experience management: Guarantee timely, respectful, and consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process; positively represent the employer brand at every interaction.
• Assessment and selection process: Perform structured interviews, competency evaluations, and reference checks; ensure selection decisions reflect company values and adhere to hiring best practices.
• Hiring operations management: Keep accurate candidate and requisition information in the applicant tracking system (ATS); oversee offer approvals, background checks, and onboarding documentation.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion: Promote inclusive sourcing practices and support initiatives aimed at enhancing diverse representation within the workforce.
• Recruitment metrics and ongoing enhancement: Monitor KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and sourcing channel effectiveness; analyze data to suggest process improvements.
• Employer branding and recruitment marketing: Contribute to local and global employer branding initiatives, participate in recruitment events, and create content to attract top talent.
• Compliance and confidentiality assurance: Ensure recruitment practices align with local employment laws and internal policies; manage confidential information with care.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to international or multi-regional hiring.
• Proficient in using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment tools; comfortable maintaining precise data and generating recruitment reports.
• Strong sourcing skills with a proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates across various channels.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities; capable of building credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
• Cultural awareness and experience working with diverse teams across different time zones.
• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking recruiting metrics and utilizing data to inform decision-making.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple requisitions concurrently.
• Familiarity with local employment laws and hiring compliance across multiple jurisdictions is preferred.
• Availability to work flexible hours occasionally to accommodate different time zones.
