📋 Description

• Talent Acquisition (the primary objective of this position):

• Recruiting Pipeline Management: Identify candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, freelancer platforms, and referrals; assess applicants for potential issues, competency alignment, and scorecard consistency.

• Test Project & Interview Operations: Administer test projects, evaluate submissions, conduct initial group interviews, and oversee the candidate experience from start to finish.

• Sourcing Channel Optimization: Manage and enhance sourcing channels based on performance metrics; create "always hiring" shortlists for frequently needed high-leverage positions.

• Employer Brand & Glassdoor Defense: Oversee and respond to Glassdoor reviews, coordinate team review initiatives, solicit feedback, address concerns, and safeguard brand reputation.

• Hiring Metrics & Funnel Reporting: Provide weekly reports on the hiring pipeline categorized by channel and role; monitor funnel performance relative to KPIs.

• People Operations:

• People Systems Leadership: Develop and implement systems for attracting, onboarding, and retaining talent that align with the company's growth strategies.

• Organizational Design and Capacity Planning: Work with leadership to ensure that the organizational structure and workforce planning meet the changing demands of the business.

• Performance and Development Frameworks: Create performance expectations, evaluation systems, and development pathways that foster accountability and growth throughout the organization.

• Talent Experience and Retention: Establish a consistent and professional environment for talent that enhances employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

• Workforce Insights and Reporting: Supply insights and data-driven recommendations to leadership to inform decision-making and enhance workforce effectiveness.

• External Partnerships: Collaborate with external service providers to improve and support people operations as needed.

• How Success Is Measured (two bold sub-headers, each with bullets):

• Talent Acquisition KPIs:

• Average time to fill open roles: under 45 days.

• Weekly applicant volume per active role: 250+ qualified applicants.

• Weekly hiring pipeline report by sourcing channel: 100% completion, on time.

• Completed candidate case studies available for review per role per week: 15+.

• Glassdoor company rating: maintain 4.5+ average throughout the year.

• People Operations KPIs:

• Successful implementation of people systems that enhance the business's scalability.

• High employee retention rates, with elevated performance and engagement.

• Increased leadership confidence in people systems, talent preparedness, and organizational alignment.

• Consistent, scalable people operations that contribute to the company's growth and success.


⛳️ Requirements

• You are a systems-oriented leader with a strong background in recruiting.

• 3-5+ years of comprehensive recruiting experience, preferably in remote or e-commerce settings.

• Proven success in hiring across marketing, operations, Amazon, product, and leadership positions.

• Experience conducting structured interviews, test projects, and group interviews.

• Familiarity with recruiting technology stacks: LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, OnlineJobs.ph.

• Comfortable managing hiring systems using Notion, ClickUp, or lightweight ATS tools.

• Exceptional writing skills: clear job postings, persuasive outreach, direct communication with candidates.

• Ability to manage 5-10 active roles simultaneously without compromising process quality.

• Experience in defending brand reputation and addressing feedback (e.g., Glassdoor).

• Competence in creating and managing reports for hiring metrics.

• 5+ years of progressive HR or people operations experience, with leadership duties.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.

• Direct experience managing contractor-centric or distributed teams.

• Demonstrated success in building compliant, scalable people systems.

• Strong knowledge of contractor classification, employment law, and risk management.
