Global Sustainability Integration and Program Management Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Create and implement diverse global sustainability strategies throughout the client's entire real estate portfolio lifecycle.

• Lead a geographically distributed team of over 35 sustainability professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for development.

• Collaborate with client sustainability teams and internal stakeholders to enhance program delivery, surpass performance targets, and uncover growth opportunities.

• Manage P&L responsibilities, including cost management, revenue forecasting, and business performance metrics.

• Work in conjunction with JLL technology, finance, projects, IFM, consulting, and procurement service lines.

• Develop and execute a global platform delivery model that aligns with client requirements, quality expectations, and strategic goals.

• Lead change management initiatives and redesign processes for enhanced scalability.

• Achieve measurable sustainability results and promote JLL's sustainability services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred (in Science, Engineering, Math, or related fields).

• Over 10 years of experience in leading, managing, and influencing cross-functional teams.

• More than 10 years of experience in change management across diverse situations and cross-functional teams.

• Extensive knowledge of corporate real estate sustainability issues, including decarbonization, embodied carbon, circularity, resource conservation, biodiversity, climate risk, health and wellbeing, and social value creation.

• Strong history of integrating sustainability into organizational operations on a large scale.

• Demonstrated project and program management expertise.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Experience in P&L management with proven financial acumen and tracking of business metrics.

• Change management certification is a plus.

• Experience with corporate clients, commercial properties, and property management.

• Knowledge of landlord and tenant dynamics in commercial real estate.
