This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.
β’ Create and implement diverse global sustainability strategies throughout the client's entire real estate portfolio lifecycle.
β’ Lead a geographically distributed team of over 35 sustainability professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for development.
β’ Collaborate with client sustainability teams and internal stakeholders to enhance program delivery, surpass performance targets, and uncover growth opportunities.
β’ Manage P&L responsibilities, including cost management, revenue forecasting, and business performance metrics.
β’ Work in conjunction with JLL technology, finance, projects, IFM, consulting, and procurement service lines.
β’ Develop and execute a global platform delivery model that aligns with client requirements, quality expectations, and strategic goals.
β’ Lead change management initiatives and redesign processes for enhanced scalability.
β’ Achieve measurable sustainability results and promote JLL's sustainability services.
β’ Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred (in Science, Engineering, Math, or related fields).
β’ Over 10 years of experience in leading, managing, and influencing cross-functional teams.
β’ More than 10 years of experience in change management across diverse situations and cross-functional teams.
β’ Extensive knowledge of corporate real estate sustainability issues, including decarbonization, embodied carbon, circularity, resource conservation, biodiversity, climate risk, health and wellbeing, and social value creation.
β’ Strong history of integrating sustainability into organizational operations on a large scale.
β’ Demonstrated project and program management expertise.
β’ Exceptional communication abilities.
β’ Experience in P&L management with proven financial acumen and tracking of business metrics.
β’ Change management certification is a plus.
β’ Experience with corporate clients, commercial properties, and property management.
β’ Knowledge of landlord and tenant dynamics in commercial real estate.
β’ Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
