This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, acting as a liaison among Clients, CRO, and Labcorp.
• Exhibit leadership to guarantee successful interactions among LabCorp study team members, ensuring seamless study delivery to the client.
• Provide project management oversight, concentrating on key client deliverables through budget management, risk assessment, and milestone tracking.
• Facilitate communication between the Client and the extended LabCorp study team, including the Study Design Lead and Regional Study Coordinator.
• Conduct reviews of the Statement of Work (SOW) to ensure the quality implementation of client-specific requirements.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of global and local studies with varying levels of complexity.
• Act as an ambassador for the client within LabCorp Drug Development CLS and across LabCorp business units, exemplifying Signature Client Service through exceptional, personalized customer service skills.
• Ensure that all customer expectations are documented and addressed in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate effective self-organization skills to manage conflicting priorities and make challenging decisions.
• Able to work efficiently in an environment with changing timelines and priorities.
• Responsible for the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of performance metrics.
• Actively engage in LabCorp CLS development through ongoing process improvement, quality enhancement, and productivity initiatives.
• Collaborate with relevant internal and external personnel to comprehend the culture and pipeline of assigned clients.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster robust internal and external relationships, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Display effective self-organization and the ability to handle conflicting priorities.
• Participate in functional meetings (e.g., CLFs) and contribute input to keep processes updated.
• Adhere to the CLS Global Project Management strategy.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and productivity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical project management.
• At least 2 years of experience in the clinical trial industry.
• A Master’s degree or University degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in leading projects, ideally with global teams.
• At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles (internal and external stakeholder) and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage client relationships, handle escalations, and deliver exceptional customer service and support.
