Global Study Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the global strategy for study delivery (including country selection, diversity, patient engagement strategy, recruitment plans, etc.)

• Facilitate the assessment, selection, engagement, and management of suitable vendors

• Ensure adherence to ICH/GCP guidelines, applicable laws and regulations, and client SOPs for all products and services related to their assigned studies

• Make informed decisions that balance risk and benefit, clearly understanding the impact on the study and project; take appropriate actions to mitigate risks

• Collaborate effectively to cultivate relationships and work alongside staff in other global functions

• Inspire colleagues within matrix and line teams to consider diverse perspectives and create innovative solutions

• Lead and support the organization of investigator meetings and other study-related gatherings

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field

• Extensive clinical development experience equivalent to 3 years as a global study manager, demonstrating success in driving operational study delivery within time, budget, and quality parameters in the pharmaceutical industry or CRO environment

• Proven operational expertise in leading high-performing global study teams

• Proactively identify and resolve challenges to ensure studies are delivered on time and within quality and budget constraints

• Strong skills in leadership, influencing, and negotiation

• Demonstrated experience in leading projects within a matrix environment, developing clinical plans, and managing change
