This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Propel the expansion and operational efficiency of the global staffing management function.
• Design and refine staffing strategies to align with the changing objectives of the business.
• Supervise the daily operations of the Staffing Management team.
• Encourage collaboration among departments, client accounts, and associate networks on a global scale.
• Define and establish both short-term and long-term strategies for the staffing placement function.
• Create team structures and develop process flows to ensure consistency.
• Guarantee effective workload planning and prioritization among team members.
• Work with associates to address client and performance-related challenges.
• Oversee associate rewards and recognition programs.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients where associates are assigned.
• Collect client feedback and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Review associate hours and manage client budgets effectively.
• Lead onboarding processes for new clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement systems that affect associates.
• A university degree is mandatory.
• A solid understanding of marketing and communication roles is essential.
• At least 8 years of experience in a supervisory role, managing teams, mentoring employees, and providing coaching and performance feedback.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a global corporate environment with exposure to contracting relationships.
• Demonstrated experience in developing project plans and managing project execution.
• Extensive experience in managing key stakeholder and client relationships within complex business settings.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong written communication skills, able to simplify concepts and convey expectations clearly.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with a logical and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Sound decision-making and judgment abilities, capable of making fact-based decisions.
• Strong global awareness, with the capability to work effectively across cultures and international teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify issues, recommend solutions, and optimize processes.
