Global Spot Pricing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee and address air freight spot quote inquiries from clients and sales teams.

• Create competitive pricing solutions that adhere to commercial guidelines and reflect market conditions.

• Work in tandem with operations and gateway teams to craft customized solutions for strategic and complex opportunities.

• Assist sales teams by providing pricing strategies that foster customer growth and enhance profitability.

• Ensure prompt, precise, and customer-oriented replies to pricing inquiries.

• Establish strong partnerships with airline collaborators and internal stakeholders across various regions.

• Participate in the ongoing enhancement of pricing processes and performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Air Freight Pricing, Air Freight Operations, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Procurement, or a comparable commercial position.

• Solid understanding of air freight products, airline pricing, routing, and market dynamics.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Capacity to make informed commercial decisions in a fast-paced setting.

• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Keen attention to detail and aptitude for managing multiple priorities.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Preferred experience with spot quotations in the freight forwarding or airline sectors.

• Knowledge of carrier management, procurement, or pricing procedures.

• Experience in an international or matrix organization.

• Familiarity with transportation management and pricing systems.
