This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Provide guidance and organize travel arrangements for corporate clients in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia.
• Evaluate and investigate travel options while proactively addressing traveler requirements to promote additional services.
• Coordinate and reserve both domestic and international business travel of various complexities, including flights, ground transportation, rail, and lodging.
• Utilize Sabre as the Global Distribution System.
• Ensure adherence to customer travel policies, service provider guidelines, and regulatory standards.
• Employ positive telephone service techniques and respond to specific customer requests.
• Safeguard against fraudulent bookings by following security protocols for after-hours calls.
• Work collaboratively with the team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback aimed at enhancing service levels.
• At least 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• A minimum of 2 years of expertise with Native GDS in Sabre.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service abilities in a travel setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, including multitasking and workload prioritization.
• Knowledge of fares and ticketing, including round-the-world and complex fare structures.
• Familiarity with products such as car services, hotels, and rail options.
• Knowledge of domestic and international destinations and geographical areas.
• Current understanding of international travel notifications and guidelines based on government or client regulations.
• Proven comprehension of the relevant customer demographic.
• Capability to adjust communication style to suit different audiences, communicating confidently and accurately.
• Ability to guide travelers or travel bookers toward desired results.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in the work environment.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
• Willingness to work shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. EST, from Monday to Sunday.
