Global Service Manager – HR Administration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Serve as a central operational leader within the HR Administration function.

• Facilitate the delivery of top-notch HR administrative services across a worldwide customer portfolio.

• Coordinate onboarding processes and manage employee lifecycle activities.

• Supervise daily HR administration operations.

• Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Act as a primary escalation point to ensure adherence to service delivery standards.

• Oversee onboarding, assist with ongoing lifecycle administration, and guarantee timely service delivery in partnership with internal teams and external partners.

• Align processes with the Global Services Associate and Operations Director as required for customers.

• Comply with SLAs regarding responsiveness and quality when applicable.

• Train and onboard team members on Implementation or BAU-related activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, People Operations, EOR, or related operational service delivery environments.

• Experience in managing onboarding and employee lifecycle administration activities across various countries or regions.

• Strong skills in project coordination and stakeholder management.

• Experience interacting directly with customers and external partners in a service delivery context.

• Exceptional English communication abilities, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in a second language is advantageous.

• Experience with flexible working or remote work environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Project management experience, particularly with Payroll implementations.

• Background in Account Management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.

• Familiarity with HRIS or CRM systems (Microsoft 365, Salesforce) is a plus.
