Global Senior NetSuite Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and manage the scheduling, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget for NetSuite adaptation initiatives.

• Act as the primary contact for ERP inquiries and support on a global scale.

• Engage with key stakeholders in the North American region.

• Advocate for solutions and processes that align with the NetSuite CORE global design philosophy.

• Recognize outdated processes and design strategies for significant operational enhancements.

• Create project plans by integrating information into a cohesive narrative, strategic vision, and implementation roadmap.

• Comprehend the utilization and consumption of data within the company's ERP (NetSuite).

• Track project milestones and deliverables effectively.

• Establish and fulfill key performance indicators and service level agreements.

• Comply with and reinforce the ERP projects' Finance and IT Data Governance policies.

• Assist in onboarding subsidiaries with legacy systems and newly acquired companies to the NetSuite CORE global ERP.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• 5 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in ERP Implementation across functional areas and End-to-End processes covered by ERP.

• Skilled in documenting functional and technical specifications.

• Strong finance and accounting acumen.

• Proficient in application documentation, training development, and delivery of training sessions.
