This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Your main duty is to generate qualified opportunities for the commercial team.
• Identify and engage with target accounts across key segments.
• Develop prospecting campaigns and outbound sequences.
• Research prospects and personalize outreach on a large scale.
• Generate qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities.
• Assist with account-based marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales and partnership teams on strategic target accounts.
• Become an authority on WalletConnect’s Clay and contemporary AI-powered GTM tools.
• Create workflows for prospecting, enrichment, and account prioritization.
• Utilize AI to automate research and enhance outreach quality.
• Identify manual processes and transition them to scalable systems.
• Continuously test new tools, workflows, and growth strategies.
• Share successful methods across the broader commercial team.
• Segment and classify existing users based on commercial potential.
• Identify high-potential accounts within our existing network.
• Develop targeted activation campaigns.
• Highlight expansion and upsell opportunities.
• Transform product usage data into commercial discussions.
• Execute campaigns and follow up on events.
• Identify and refine target account lists.
• Conduct messaging and positioning experiments.
• Test new channels and optimize lead generation.
• Qualify and manage incoming opportunities.
• Handle smaller merchant conversations from start to finish.
• Close straightforward commercial opportunities.
• Establish repeatable processes for managing long-tail demand.
• Experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), Growth, or Demand Generation role.
• Strong skills in prospecting and outbound efforts.
• Experience with modern GTM tools.
• High level of curiosity and proven experimentation with AI tools.
• Excellent written communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset and comfort with data.
• Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
• A desire to build rather than just execute.
• Nice to haves:
• Familiarity with Clay.
• Experience utilizing AI tools in a commercial setting.
• Background in fintech, payments, SaaS, or digital assets.
• Knowledge of CRM and revenue operations tools.
• Experience with workflow automation tools (such as Zapier, Make, n8n).
• Experience in startups or high-growth companies.
