β’ Execution of global sales initiatives: manage forecasting, pipeline, conversion, and revenue across three distinct regions.
β’ Direct oversight of three Regional Vice Presidents of Sales (Americas, EMEA, APAC) along with the partner channel.
β’ A personal portfolio of strategic accounts β you will actively close significant deals rather than solely reviewing the pipeline.
β’ Implementation of corporate strategy into targeted regional actions.
β’ Act as a liaison between Sales and Marketing/Product. You proactively drive alignment instead of waiting for it to occur.
β’ Mentoring and developing the team β elevating the standards for discovery, qualification, and closing.
β’ Proven experience in scaling B2B/B2G revenue within the $5M to $50M ARR bracket.
β’ A hands-on approach β personally closing large deals while maintaining close customer relationships.
β’ Ability to make decisive choices with incomplete information β you take action before the path is entirely clear.
β’ Strong analytical skills β you interpret pipeline and forecast data based on actual occurrences rather than just totals.
β’ Cross-cultural leadership capabilities β you understand teams and customers across different regions and have experience leading distributed international sales teams.
β’ Excellent proficiency in English.
β’ Significant advantage: Background in industries such as information security, digital forensics, OSINT, identity, trust & safety, or law enforcement technology.
β’ Experience in guiding a company through a similar growth phase from approximately $5M to $50M in revenue.

β’ Direct reporting to a founder who has personally built and sold the product, possesses sales expertise, and grants the Sales Director substantial authority.
