This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage and convert incoming guest calls while consistently meeting touchpoint expectations during interactions to finalize sales.
• Ensure adherence to GRSC call flow, touchpoints, and sales strategies.
• Complete daily administrative tasks (system logins, checklists, emails, training sessions).
• Demonstrate the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technological advancements.
• Handle guest voicemails and perform necessary callbacks.
• Oversee and manage property waitlists, including availability checks and guest follow-ups.
• Participate in comprehensive training modules (Back to Basics, OSHA, Security Awareness, property-specific training).
• Undertake additional training and ongoing development as assigned.
• Engage in daily, weekly, and monthly huddles and communication meetings as required.
• Exhibit a positive demeanor in all communications with guests, team members, and leadership.
• Review personal and team performance metrics in NEO.
• Monitor and meet expectations for conversion rates, call handling percentages, and shop call standards.
• Execute additional tasks as directed by Leads, Supervisor, Manager, or Director.
• Ability to operate in a remote work environment with a quiet and distraction-free background.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that aligns with business needs, including required holiday and weekend hours.
• Previous experience in hotel and sales is essential.
• High-speed internet with hotspot backup and dual computer screens is required.
• Proficient computer and typing skills, along with experience in navigating the internet and using various software applications.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
