This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.
• Serve as a key point of contact for high-profile clients, including premium retail and institutional clients, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Provide effective solutions to client inquiries while adhering to all company policies, practices, and procedures.
• Schedule regular meetings with clients to assess their needs, goals, and satisfaction levels.
• Recognize opportunities to broaden services and solutions for current clients.
• Work collaboratively with the Regional Head, sales, and marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to improve business performance and client satisfaction.
• Focus on managing extensive service issues and resolving trade-related challenges.
• Supervise trade and margin analysis, manage accounts and funding processes, and apply a robust understanding of cash markets, equities, and derivatives to meet client needs.
• Quickly and effectively address and resolve client issues.
• Formulate and implement strategic plans to strengthen client relationships and achieve business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and client feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and company goals.
• Oversee the provision of services and solutions to clients, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to tackle client issues and deliver outstanding service.
• Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate with various internal departments, such as technical operations and programming, to analyze and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, contracts, and agreements.
• Prepare regular updates on client status, project progress, and business development initiatives.
• 10+ years of experience in a Sales role within the Financial Services/Investment sector.
• A valid business contact network to develop a sales pipeline (HNWI, Private Wealth Management, Asset Managers, Fund Managers, Family Offices, and other private investors).
• Extensive knowledge of the securities market: stocks, ETFs, bonds, futures, and options.
• Proven track record in financial service sales and key account management, offering solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Strong understanding of international business practices and cultural sensitivities.
• Driven by a motivation for Sales (Hunting and New Business development) with high energy, strong prioritization, and time management skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
