This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.
β’ Monitor and evaluate new global regulatory trends impacting Solenis products, technologies, and markets.
β’ Create analyses of regulatory trends and strategic impact assessments for business leadership.
β’ Lead or assist in the preparation of quarterly regulatory outlook reports and publications on regulatory intelligence.
β’ Aid in identifying regulatory risks, opportunities, and the long-term implications for the business.
β’ Maintain processes, tools, and mechanisms for regulatory intelligence and knowledge sharing.
β’ Represent Solenis in trade associations, working groups, industry committees, and stakeholder forums.
β’ Manage strategic partnerships with external regulatory and industry organizations.
β’ Collaborate with Innovation, R&D, and Product Stewardship teams on innovation initiatives and new product development.
β’ Support global regulatory policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
β’ Provide regulatory and stewardship assistance for corporate sustainability initiatives.
β’ Interpret complex regulatory developments into business-relevant guidance and communications.
β’ Prepare executive briefings, white papers, presentations, and strategic summaries.
β’ Support internal platforms, dashboards, and communication channels related to regulatory knowledge.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Toxicology, Environmental Science, Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, or a similar scientific field.
β’ Experience in regulatory affairs, product stewardship, regulatory strategy, government affairs, environmental compliance, or related areas.
β’ Preferred experience supporting global portfolios in chemicals, specialty chemicals, cleaning, water treatment, biocide, or industrial products.
β’ Working knowledge of international chemical regulations such as REACH, CLP/GHS, TSCA, CEPA, UK REACH, and K-REACH.
β’ Familiarity with practices in regulatory impact assessment, regulatory intelligence, and horizon scanning.
