This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of and direct the recruitment transformation strategy, which includes redesigning processes, establishing scalable operational frameworks, and implementing role-specific hiring models.
• Facilitate structured alignment meetings with Education and operational leaders to establish success profiles for key positions.
• Create and execute a standardized initiation process for every open position, encompassing ICP, sourcing strategies, panel setup, assessment methods, and decision timelines.
• Generate recruitment analytics and reporting to provide leadership with insights into hiring health throughout the organization.
• Identify and map suitable talent pools and job boards for each role category.
• Oversee the assessment and implementation of AI-driven recruitment tools and lead the evaluation of a more effective ATS.
• Demonstrated history of enhancing a recruitment function in a rapidly growing, service-oriented or non-tech environment.
• Experience in leading recruitment process redesign and creating scalable operational frameworks from a lean foundation.
• Capability to pinpoint the appropriate talent pools and channels for various role types, and effectively communicate that into compelling messaging.
• Highly proficient in technology with a background in modernizing recruitment through AI, automation, and advanced systems design.
• Data-driven, comfortable discussing metrics such as time to fill, quality of hire, candidate experience, and operational performance.
• Strong change management skills, with the ability to foster alignment and accountability among hiring managers and leadership.
• Proven experience in project and program management, leading complex, cross-functional, global initiatives that achieve high adoption rates and strong stakeholder satisfaction.
• Background in Education, Hospitality, or other community-focused, experience-driven industries is a significant advantage.
