This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Collaborate with the global team to creatively source, assess, and recruit top-tier talent.
• Provide comprehensive life cycle recruiting support for the organization.
• Safeguard and enhance LeadVenture’s candidate experience.
• Utilize hiring metrics to formulate effective hiring solutions.
• Assist in fulfilling the company's most critical hiring needs.
• Influence senior leadership and serve as a strategic partner in talent management.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, startup, or SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a remote or hybrid work setting.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting for operational or technical positions.
• Technical knowledge of recruiting systems and tools.
• Capability to navigate and provide guidance on recruiting processes and policies.
• Experience in leveraging and analyzing recruitment data.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Understanding of employment laws and compliance issues.
