Global Recruiter, Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes: from client intake, defining the profile, sourcing strategy, interviews, to shortlist, offers, and closure.

• You will seek talent through LinkedIn Recruiter/Lite, boolean/X-ray searches, referrals, and direct outreach.

• You will act as a strategic partner to the client: leading follow-up meetings, managing feedback, and aligning expectations.

• You will conduct structured interviews (competency-based or technical) and evaluations using scorecards.

• You will maintain healthy pipelines in the ATS, ensuring updated information, notes, and clear metrics (Time-to-Shortlist, Submittal-to-Hire, Fill Rate).

• Recruiters with over 6 months of selection experience.

• Advanced or native English proficiency.

• Experience in recruitment.

• Ability to self-manage and a results-oriented focus.

• Passion for recruitment and a desire to be part of a global network.
