This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee all facets of a distinctive Media & Entertainment client portfolio comprising global accounts.
• Coordinate central communications across regions for both BCD Travel and the client's global projects or interests.
• Develop and manage multinational business strategies with clients aimed at boosting revenues, reducing costs, optimizing asset use, and mitigating client attrition risks.
• Create Service Level Agreements encompassing Service, Financial, MIS/CDS, Program Performance, Technology, and Communication metrics.
• Generate and oversee budgets and financials, which include billing, payments, and profitability.
• Build and sustain relationships with key decision-makers in the customer organization at all levels.
• Negotiate client contract conditions and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.
• Identify opportunities to leverage global technology tools and innovative processes.
• Significant experience in the travel industry, specifically in account management.
• Proven track record in implementing and managing large market/global clients.
• Comprehensive understanding of business travel management and travel industry technologies.
• Strong communication skills (oral, written, and presentation) in English.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on a regular basis.
