Global Program Management Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Reporting to the Global Account Executive, the Director of the Global Program Management Office (PMO) is accountable for the Global PMO and nine essential workstreams managed by regional teams.

• This role is responsible for overseeing the global implementation and advancement of key workstreams, including change management, communications, governance, performance management, business intelligence, training, technology, and transition.

• This pivotal position will guide the Global PMO towards success by establishing the standards for global delivery, promoting standardization, and implementing best practices, including the JLL/Life Sciences platform policies, procedures, and programs developed for these key workstreams.

• A strong focus should be placed on achieving trusted advisor status with clients (two in a box) at both regional and global levels, as well as within internal JLL teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and Integrated Facility Management (IFM).

• Experience in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) / Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GxP) and regulated environments.

• Outstanding client relationship management skills.

• Proven experience in managing teams or matrix teams responsible for the delivery of complex projects.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a track record in staff development and team building.

• Strong executive communication and presentation abilities.

• Proficient in identifying and mitigating project risks effectively before they affect service delivery to clients.

• Excellent collaboration skills with key stakeholders to provide comprehensive solutions for clients.

• Superior verbal and written communication skills along with strong analytical abilities.
