Global Professional Engagement Coordinator – Senior Project Specialist, Medical Affairs, Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Complete all necessary documentation for the compliant engagement of scientific leaders under CSAs.

• Utilize internal processes, templates, and systems to secure necessary approvals.

• Maintain the required CSA documentation within the company's document repository.

• Provide information to requesting business units and convey administrative details to scientific leaders.

• Align scientific leaders and external vendors to oversee logistics.

• Collaborate with the EMEAC GMAC GEIME team to facilitate administrative support for Input and Medical Education meetings.

• Supervise vendors/agencies involved in the planning and execution of activities.

• Ensure that assigned systems and data repositories adhere to internal policies and compliance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in providing administrative support to medical affairs and compliance, as well as managing scientific/medical leader meetings in the pharmaceutical sector (such as a Medical Associate or similar role).

• Experience in medical affairs and KOL engagement is essential; a background focused on clinical trials is not suitable.

• Knowledge of the contracting process.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proven project management capabilities.

• Understanding of compliance, including industry regulations and requirements.

• Expertise in managing engagements and meetings with medical/scientific leaders.

• Familiarity with using Veeva Vault.

• Bachelor's degree in science, business, administration, healthcare, or a related field.

• Willingness to travel occasionally (10–20%).
