Global Product Specialist – Epilepsy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support upstream marketing and product management efforts for Neuromodulation and VNS Therapy targeting Epilepsy.

• Develop expertise on products and services to assist cross-functional teams.

• Facilitate seamless product transitions throughout the development lifecycle, from initial concept to commercial launch.

• Identify and articulate customer pain points, prioritize solutions, and provide recommendations.

• Contribute to product strategy and development by designing, executing, and analyzing Voice of Customer research.

• Plan, manage, and conduct both qualitative and quantitative primary research.

• Collaborate with commercial, business, and technology stakeholders to ensure product features align with customer and business needs.

• Gather, organize, and promote valuable ideas into product features.

• Work alongside the core team to transform ideas into features that fulfill product-line and business goals.

• Assist in release planning, roadmap development, and launch strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• A degree in Life Sciences, Neuroscience, Biology, Engineering, Strategic Marketing, or related disciplines is preferred.

• Some industry experience is preferred; relevant medical-device internships will be taken into account.

• Experience with Voice of Customer methodologies, including both quantitative and qualitative primary market research techniques.

• Desired experience includes interviewing clinicians to gather clinical, market, and product insights.

• Capability to perform competitive research and apply insights for differentiation and positioning.

• Proven success in collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Willingness to travel 10–20% of the time.
